It doesn't work. It arrived yesterday and I charged it for many hours but it won't turn on. 😡😡😡😡
It actually works, for now the dog needs to get used to it, but I think it will fulfill its purpose.

It was of no use to me at all, since if you have a medium-sized dog the device is not suitable, while they show photos of animals with big paws.
Then, when processing the return, they do not refund the full amount; they only refunded €3 from the total price.
I will not buy anything from this seller again and I do not recommend them.
As advertised, they are quite useful for cleaning ears. Something that I found wasn't clearly stated in the item description is that they are wet wipes, they include some kind of lotion. At first, my dogs didn't like the smell, but then they got used to it and we could use them without any problems.
Arrived faster than stated, looks good, well packaged, haven't tried using it yet but happy with the purchase.
